OUTLOOK (2010 and 2013) ATTACHMENT REMINDER ADD-IN

How many of us have done this?
We say we are attaching something but send the mail without the attachment!
And then send an embarrassing apology mail after five minutes correcting the mistake!

Here's the solution to "Oh, I forgot the attachment" woe.
This "OUTLOOK ATTACHMENT REMINDER" looks within the subject and body of your mail for the word "attach" and plenty of its variants (-ing, -ed , PFA, pfa etc).
If it finds the word but not the attachment, it alerts you and on your command, opens an attachment box to select the file to upload.

Prerequisite: .NET Framework minimum 4.
